SaneLot Terms of Use

Last updated: July 15, 2026

These terms apply to SaneLot's dealer app, dashboard, hosted dealer sites, and related services. By using SaneLot, you agree to these terms and Apple's standard end-user license agreement for the iOS app.

Dealer responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of vehicle, pricing, financing, trade-in, contact, and dealership information you provide. SaneLot's fact checks reduce unsupported claims but do not replace a dealer's inspection, title research, legal obligations, or final review.

Permitted use

Use SaneLot only for lawful dealership operations and inventory you are authorized to list. Do not upload stock imagery as if it depicts the listed vehicle, attempt to access another dealer's data, abuse buyer contact information, scrape prohibited marketplaces, or interfere with the service.

Third-party services

SaneLot may connect to Apple, Cloudflare, NHTSA, records providers, and dealer-selected feed recipients. Their services and terms are separate. SaneLot does not include CARFAX, accounting software, lender submission, or direct DMS synchronization unless explicitly stated in the current product.

Subscriptions

Paid app subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. Renewal, cancellation, refund, and trial eligibility follow the terms shown by Apple at purchase.

Availability

SaneLot is provided on an as-available basis. Features that depend on third-party data or delivery providers may be delayed or unavailable. SaneLot is not a substitute for legal, accounting, lending, title, safety, or mechanical advice.

Termination

Access may be suspended for abuse, unlawful use, security risk, or nonpayment. You may cancel the app subscription through Apple and contact SaneLot for account-data requests.
